I’ve recently been feeling extremely demotivated about achieving my goals and it’s safe to say I’ve definitely gone off track over the past two months…(oops). Luckily though there are some fantastic blogs out there which have encouraged me to get back off my arse again.

VDM was one of the first blogs I discovered when I found the world of blogging. In the past it has mainly focused on beauty (clues in the name) however over the past 18 months Anna has delved more into fitness and shared her journey with us. In the ‘Fitness Files’ series Anna has shared her favourite workout songs, healthy recipes, favourite gym wear and more. Great to follow on snapchat – Anna isn’t afraid to share her sweaty workouts but caution : you’ll end up wanting to buy the whole of Lulu Lemon.
Let me introduce you to my new girl crush Zanna – a fellow Yorkshire lass and Sheffield Graduate (wooooo). Zanna is a blogger, vlogger AND personal trainer – seriously how does she find the time? Zanna’s fun, honest and uplifting attitude to health and fitness is ridiculously refreshing and approachable giving you that ‘ I can do this’ feeling. Her sensible and realistic tips for healthy eating and exercise are relatable and easy to understand so even newbies like me can understand! OCG was the very first women’s cycling blog I found so immediately it was bookmarked! Donna’s blog covers everything to do with life on two wheels including kit, safety, bike maintenance and even a few interviews with special guests such as Ed Clancy – now that’s pretty cool right? My favourite posts to read on OCG however are the blog posts covering Donna’s adventures across the world on her cycling holidays – the photos are honestly beautiful!
